The check in staff was very friendly. The room wasn’t the greatest and mold was in the bathroom. The free breakfast was terrible - no spray for the waffle maker - which was your only hot item offered. Watered down juice, and the pastry section was empty.

The room was nasty smelled of mold and funk! The floor between the dresser that was missing draw and fridge was someone’s fry’s! Towels had stains and sheets and bed Matt’s has stains too. The only good thing was we got rest. I hope they clean this property up and make it nice.

I can’t believe this was SUGGESTED by Expedia. This place is in no condition to host customers and no one should be paying that much. The room was is bad condition, there was a hole in the wall and baseboard under the sink, there was ripped carpet and mold and dirt in the corners, it was dusty and dirty. We were so uncomfortable.

Broken curtain that showed my entire room from a very sketchy area of town. Stains on my sheets, towels and all over the couch. Sink counter had cigarette ashes left on it and was clearly not cleaned. Second locking latch on door had it bending off the hinges and could be pushed out of the way if the door is forced open.

Well when i first booked the room on hotels.com it said after taxes and fees the total would be $50 and some change, but when i arrived to check in the price wenr up to $68 i almost walked out after i showed him where it said $50.. we finally agreed pn $51 and change.. nbd but at first i was getting room 141 and after our spat i got 252.. this room had some odd stains on the ceiling and the fridge was outside the rookm for some reason so we had no fridge the first couple hours.. i wanted to get the room and crash since wed been travelijg but we had to wait until theyd cleaned the fridge and brought it back in a couple hours later.. overall terrible experience.. wasnt expecting much for $50 but cmon

Great place to stay for the price.
Friendly people here, especially Peter at the front desk! The continental breakfast was just right: waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice.

Worst stay we have endured by far! Lot of people hanging out outside staring. Room smelled like smoke should of been non-smoking. Feces brhind door in restroom. Burn holes on covers. Loud banging on walls from next room. Just horrible horrible. This hotel and expedia just the worst!

This property is terrible. Yes, it’s under remodel right now, but aside from the lobby, it’s awful. Breakfast was a joke! Nothing hot served except possibly a waffle, but the batter was so bad my waffle wouldn’t even rise in the waffle iron. Very little else offered. On a good note, the front desk guy and the construction crew lead were very nice.
