Fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2 car garage home is fully furnished with everything you would expect in a high-end vacation/corporate rental. Newly remodeled in midcentury modern decor. Perfect for family friendly vacation or business travel. Centrally located near I40 and medical center. Close to shopping and entertainment.

Sleeps 6 in three queen size beds, 1 on the couch and 2 on an air mattress(available by request) for a total of 9 people max.

This is one of our most popular homes for travel nurses looking for 13 week stays and traveling with a pet. Less than a 3 minute drive to the medical district.

Living area features 50" flat screen tv with Cable TV, HBO, HULU, Apple TV, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. High speed WiFi. White washed wood look tile floors, fireplace and mid-century modern decor. Lots of seating space and open to the dining area.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, large dresser, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub.

Two additional bedrooms have queen size beds, plenty of storage/closet space and share a bathroom with shower/tub.

Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, utensils and most other items you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. Coffee maker(coffee, sugar, creamer provided), blender, mixer and other small appliances provided. Kitchen is open to the dining area which has seating for 6. French doors open to the patio with an outdoor dining table that can seat an additional 6. Great space for entertaining.

Laundry room has new LG front load high-efficiency washer and dryer. Iron, ironing board, Tide laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided.

Rear entry two car garage with extra storage space. Additional parking for 2 vehicles behind garage and lots of street parking on a quiet residential street.

Check in is anytime after 3pm. Self-check in using digital locks and a pin number you select. This makes checking in as early or late as you would like a simple process.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood!
The house was warm clean and inviting. It had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. The hosts are extremely responsive too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the description said it sleeps 9 but there are only 3 queen size beds in the home. Luckily we brought an air mattress for extra bedding or some people would've been sleeping on the floor!

I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one is my favorite ever! It is newly renovated with modern and stylish touches. The design concept is very simple and uncluttered which I loved. The house feels very spacious. All of the three closets are large and you have access to a spotless garage for your vehicles-with a remote control to take with you when you come and go. We did laundry every night which was a nice bonus. The beds and sheets are comfortable and remind you of home. The check-in process was very simple too. We watched Disney+ and Netflix movies during downtime. The neighborhood was quiet and everything we did while here was a short drive. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Amarillo visit
My parents and I stayed at Stephanie's place and it was just perfect. The house had been tastefully updated and had a very pleasant color scheme and overall feel. It is located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood and has easy access to 40 and downtown. We appreciated the cleanliness and having everything we needed provided, including coffee. Would definitely stay there again!

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed at this very comfortable, clean and stylish home. Beds were super comfortable. Every detail like extra towels, fully equipped kitchen, fast internet, Roku tv and updated bathrooms made this the perfect place for us. Great quiet neighborhood located close to interstate access and stores. Would highly recommend this home for families or couples.

This home provides most everything we need when staying in Amarillo. The house is pet-friendly with a clean, fenced backyard and offers features such as a two car garage, a washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor space, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and is conveniently located to easily get to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, 6th Street and downtown. Owner is accommodating, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The house is always clean and I've not had a complaint or problem.

This was a very nice place for a family gathering. We celebrated an 80th birthday here. Very nice location and plenty of room. 6 of us stayed overnight and the beds were great. Everything we needed was there. It was a convenient meeting place for the other family members. Highly recommend for a future stay.

Old Vets Get Together
The house was very well kept. It was in a nice neighborhood where obviously people take pride in their homes. The inside of the home was clean and the beds were perfect and comfortable. It was great to have a house and living room where we could sit and talk and catch up on the last 40 YEARS! The house is about 20 minutes from the airport. We went to the Texas steak house which was great as was the canyon. The air museum was the perfect place for a bunch of old Air Force Vets to hang out together. Stephanie the owner was friendly and quick to respond. I would recommend this home for your Amarillo stay!

We enjoyed this home so much! Stephanie was a great owner who was quick to answer questions we had during our stay. The home provided ample room for our family of 6 to stretch out and regroup on our cross country journey. We were able to do laundry and relax and spread out. Great home! Great owner! Adorable home away from home - so convenient!!!
The property was clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our stay along with extended family for my daughter's graduation from West Texas A&M. It was so nice for us all to be able to gather together in one convenient location and save money on eating out every night of our stay we were able to have dinner in. The beds were so comfy and the furniture was enough to fit everyone for the congratulatory after-party. Loved being able to iron my dress and wash my husband's shirt before it was ruined by a grease spot. Such a wonderful way to vacation and feel like you have a little piece of home with you! Thank you for taking such good care of us! VRBO is the way to go :)
