This property was perfect for us for a get away weekend. It would also be great for longer stays. It is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely book again if available.
Nicely decorated small duplex well supplied with necessities. Convenient to interstate. Historic homes in the area are interesting too.

The hosts (Mickey and Wilma) are GREAT! Southern hospitality at its finest!!! This is a cute place, with all the neccesities...........I felt like I was back in time and loved the nostaligia of it all. If I'm ever back in Amarillo, I will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
We're a family of four visiting Amarillo for a two night excursion. The location was perfect for us since we went to Sod Poodles baseball games both nights. It was minutes away. It was also just a few minutes from grocery stores. The house was neat and clean, and the owners are right next door in case you need help with anything (though we didn't). Those who cook will appreciate the quality of their knives. We would definitely stay there again!
We rented this apartment for my wife's brother and sister-in-law. When they arrived, they so enjoyed the quaint apartment along with the peace and quiet. They were able to visit family and have a peaceful home to come to in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this clean and inviting apartment.
My stay was very enjoyable comfortable place today at! Very safe knowing I can keep my truck parked out from. Mickey was kind enough to check on me to make sure I felt ok staying and brought clean linen as well. I highly recommend this location. A friend came to visit one night and her along with her 2 small pups were comfy as well like a cozy home.

We were needing a quick get-away. And we didn't want to stay at a hotel. The place is very clean. And had everything we needed. A nice relaxing living space, cozy bedroom and a functional kitchen. And a wonderful space to get ready for the day. I wish we had more time to stay, relax and enjoy the porch. Very pleased.
Our hosts were gracious and very understanding. Especially when, during a storm, we lost power and the smoke detector decided to have a nervous breakdown.
Our host graciously came over and dismantled it, even though it was late night.
The apartment has everything you need, very well stocked with thoughtful products. The bed was very comfortable with lovely white linens.
It is a wonderful location just blocks away from various restaurants and the civic center. The historic district has many beautiful homes and this was just one of them.
We’ll try to stay again next year.
This charming duplex was absolutely perfect in every way! It was quiet, cozy, and quaint. The perfect place for 1-2 people. All amenities we needed were provided, and the check-in process was seamless. Not one complaint. Mickey and Wilma make sure you are taken care every step of the way. As an added bonus their family were some of the original settlers in Amarillo, and Mickey has extensive and fascinating stories about the Panhandle you would get no where else. Hands down the BEST!!

We are in Amarillo at least twice a year for dance. This was the PERFECT place for my two daughters and me. It can get expensive eating out, and I was able to book this property, fully furnished, cozy, quiet, and safe for the same amount I paid before and for much less than a suite. We cooked our meals, watched television, and relaxed like it was home. It was a bargain! The owner popped by and introduced himself which was quite nice. I will book again!
We stayed here one night while on a road trip. It was so much nicer than a hotel room. This place is clean, beautiful, newly renovated and hosts are fantastic! They provide everything we could have needed. We had toiletries but if we had forgotten, we would have be just fine thanks to our thoughtful hosts. The Keurig and coffee pods were a great addition! Would highly recommend this place. It’s tucked into a little neighborhood, it’s not in a necessarily private area, but it felt very private and secluded! The neighborhood is quiet. The hosts were available but didn’t bother us (for this trip that’s just what we needed! All we did was sleep, have coffee and shower before we hit the road again). The check in process was easy. We felt safe and secure. 10 out of 10!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
It was a great place in the heart of Amarillo
Host were awesome so friendly
