First the pros: We had no issues with check-in, and the property was clean when we arrived. It is in a nice area, and could easily accommodate three couples.
Now the cons: The furniture and set-up was cheap, uncomfortable, and terrible for visiting. Given the problems with VRBO, etc. the only reason I'd choose them over a standard hotel is to have a common area to hang out with my fellow travelers (in this case, our son, new daughter-in-law, and 3-year-old granddaughter), but this home really wasn't set up for that.
The living room had one tiny, cheap couch that could not comfortably seat three adults, and there was no additional seating. One of the arms was partially caved in. All of the dining room chairs were too high to hang out in comfortably.
The dining table could only seat 4. There were also 2 seats at the bar that were much too high for eating comfortably. These high seats weren't great for our granddaughter, and we could not find any of the children's dinnerware that was mentioned in the listing.
The bed in the primary bedroom was similarly cheap. It squeaked and rattled all night with every little movement. I didn't ask our kids about their bed, but I'm guessing it wasn't much better.
I would not choose to stay here again.
