This property was ok. The beds are supposed to be adjustable (move up and down) and mine did not work. I stayed 3 nights and it was not fixed even though I told them after the first night. The fancy vending machine with travel essentials also did not work on our floor. Both were supposed to be fixed but we're not. After I the first night I walked into the public restroom downstairs and there was vomit in the sink. I was apparently not the first person to report it, so not sure how long it was there, but rather gross. Other than that good views, comfortable room.

I love this property. However, After waiting 30 min for my husband in the lobby from dropping off the car at the parking lot. To go to my room, I saw SEVEN people ask for umbrellas. Two staff would ask “are you guests?” They’d say yes, & an umbrella was handed to them. I checked in, went upstairs to drop my things off quickly. & rushed back down stairs. I went to the same lady giving out umbrellas & was ready to say “yes I’m a guest.” Only for her to say “you should have one IN YOUR ROOM?” As if go back to your room and get it. When EVERY person I saw received one? Regardless if there WAS ONE in my room?! Why WAS I TREATED LIKE THAT?! That’s tasteless & shows a lot of your employees character. However my perception changed when your KIND hostess at the cantina stated there’s no need for reservations & he’d guarantee we’d have a table if we came back down for dinner. We opted elsewhere but came back for drinks. I of course will be back again, but I sincerely hope yall fix that!

Nicely located for Times Square, MSG and Penn Station.

You get what you pay for. A relatively clean, relatively comfortable place to sleep and that’s it. A bathroom with a bit of soap and no other amenities, no towels, shampoo, nothing. If your focus is to enjoy the city and just get some shuteye at the hotel, this is a good place for you. There are many options to shop and eat around the area and the subway entrance is right outside. The rooftop bar gives you a wonderful view of the Empire State Building so that’s a highlight. I stayed here for its availability and location as I’ve stayed in the area before. Probably won’t come back if I find a better option at a competitive price. It could have been worse, an OK place to stay.

The room was larger than usual for a NYC hotel. The place was spotless and the staff was great! Would definitely return
