"Clean newer remodel apartment. Desk staff was very friendly. Loud neighborhood but the windows were completely sound proofed, so didn't even notice at night. I liked the delivered breakfast. Not a morning person and it was nice have free breakfast in privacy even if I had to make it myself. We went to a grocery store and bought our own coffee pods so we didn't get charged for any of the mini bar."

"20 mins nice coastal walk to centre of Cascais. 10 mins walk to Tamariz beach which is nicer than the beaches in Cascais as quieter, with facilities and restaurant. "We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff...

"We were bummed we only got to stay one night here as our flight was the next day but the property and room were great. Room was large and came with a little kitchen area with a fridge and laundry machine which is great if you packed light and needed to wash your clothes. It was right on pink street and we got to tour the local area that night and next morning. If you don’t mind the noise and hustle at night it’s a great place, they provided ear plugs. "
