"The hotel location is top notch and right next to central train station. So, expect noises. In fact, my only complain is the air conditioner doesn’t go below 68 degree F (I sleep better with cooler room temperature). The area is clean and well lit, and I felt safe walking around even at night. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. "

"Great location and clean comfortable rooms, shower floor gets very slippy, so could do with a grab rail, but ok when you get used to it. Only have given 4 out of 5 as really miss not having a kettle in the Motel One room, not the very cheapest hotel so should be an option at least. Good location for the hotel in the city centre with everything within walking distance and very close to the riverside bars etc. 4 out of 5 due to no kettle or room safe but would probably stay again due to location. "

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The view was breathtaking, especially in the early morning when everything is so quiet and peaceful – it’s incredibly relaxing for the mind. If you’re booking, definitely try to get a room on the riverside. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene escape!"

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault. "

"Probably one of the easiest most convenient locations Backpacker getting out of train station and right there. Might be one of the most relaxing stays had in Europe. Wish I stayed longer. Oh and I did t get the buffet breakfast but I sure wish I did. Wow "

"Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming."

Es gibt reichlich Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die in nur wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen sind( Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Stadt Jever oder Carolinensiel wo man wunderbar an der Harle entlang nach Harlesiel spazieren kann um dort einige Köstlichkeiten der Küstenräucherrei zu probieren) . "Schönes, großzügiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einem weitläufigen Gartengrundstück. Ruhig gelegen, mit einem kleinen See und einer wunderbaren Bouleanlage nebenan. Idyllischer Ort (auch im Winter), um runterzukommen und abzuschalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit. "Wir hatten einen super erholsamen Urlaub. Das Blockhaus liegt naturnah und ruhig. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen und im Hausinneren ist die Holzatmosphäre sehr schön. Gewünscht hätten wir uns insgesamt eine bessere Beleuchtung, insbesondere im Bad. Unter den Möbelstücken sollte mal gründlich gesaugt werden, mir war ein Gegenstand runtergefallen und so habe ich das gesehen. "
