"Room very clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful bearing in mind that our German is very limited. Hotel is nicely situated with only a short walk in to town. Arnstadt has a beautiful old town centre with a great cafe opposite the Rathaus for afternoon coffee and strudel / ice cream sundaes etc . One of the few places open on Sunday. Nice place to stay for three or four days at least."

"We loved this hotel located right at the Merchants' Bridge. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the staff was helpful. The experience was enhanced by a gourmet breakfast. The lobby was comfortable and inviting where we could sit and hang out with friends."

"The hotel is fine but the description clearly said there was a gym (with pictures) but instead they don’t. Quite disappointed as I booked there mainly for that reason."

"We have to open the window because room got very hot, just to find out there was a stair outside the window were anyone can get inside our room in the middle of the night, also room was very basic, old tv, carpet and nothing else. Otherwise it was a great location next to the train station, pharmacy, supermarket and other stores. Breakfast was great quality."
