The large dining table with bench and chairs invites you to linger and enjoy meals together.
The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, a 50-inch TV with soundbar and a display cabinet.

The detached holiday villa is situated on a 1324 m² plot and offers you privacy, as there is only one neighbouring house nearby. In the picturesque village of Granträsk. The house is surrounded by a spacious lawn where children have plenty of room to play. The large terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax.
There is parking space for up to three cars in front of the villa.
The nearest town, Älvsbyn, is only 17 kilometres away. Älvsbyn, also known as the "Pearl of Norbotten", not only offers all the important shopping and supply facilities, but also an idyllic flair and numerous interesting leisure activities.
The coastal town of Piteå and the Baltic Sea are 45 km away.
The picturesque Granträsket Lake is just 150 metres away. In about 150 metres you can reach a beautiful little beach with sand, a jetty and an outhouse. Here you can spend relaxing days on the beach on warm summer days or go for a walk on the frozen lake in winter.
For the more adventurous, we offer a variety of activities such as dog sledding, snowmobile safaris, snowshoe tours, northern lights tours and a visit to the reindeer camp.
In winter, you also have the opportunity to marvel at the impressive natural spectacle of the Northern Lights directly above the villa - an unforgettable experience in this beautiful region!
