"We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. "Our athletic team and coaches stayed here for the weekend to attend the Junior National Championship at the Sid Richardson Ranch. Getting into the house was easy. John was a great communicator and quick to respond to questions and request. The house was spacious and had plenty of beds for all of us (as well as additional air mattresses). "We lived our time in the farmhouse. There’s a lot of room outdoors for hanging out and entertaining. The house is clean and they supply a lot of extra towels and linens if needed. Each room has a tv and WiFi. This was comfy for us all. We will be back! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The water on the lake was down, but the host messaged me right away after booking to let me know just in case I wanted to cancel. We went anyway and I'm so glad we did. The property was very nice and we had plenty of room for our group. the home was very clean and comfortable, too. We live close to Fort Worth and just wanted someplace not too far since it was only for two nights. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Kristin is a great host when communicating with the whole process from beginning to end. Staying in a lakefront property even in winter was great. Our family enjoyed sunrises and sunsets with hot coffee watching the amazing views off the back deck.The fire pit was a nice touch. There was plenty of room for all twelve of us. "I loved this house! All the windows and natural lighting were awesome. The beautiful view from the King size loft was amazing to wake up to! I rented it for the weekend for my boyfriends 40th birthday. His brother's little family joined us for one night and the rest of the time we had to ourselves. It was so relaxing. Thank you the hosts!
