It is on a small acreage off the main highway so would be great for a family with children. Kitchen is large & beautiful; however, if you want to do cooking you will need to bring essentials like salt/pepper/sweetener/coffee, paper towels, & other items for kitchen needs & clean up. etc. "

"We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you.
