"Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay in Penafiel. The property is beautiful - gorgeous sunset, nice pool and a friendly neighbourhood cat. The kitchen has everything that one would need, although it could use a larger kitchen sink! We loved the outdoor bbq and pizza oven. The owner communicated well with us. We highly recommend taking the owner up on the offer to have the Portuguese cook to whip up some excellent Portuguese fare. "

"Espaços exterior e comuns agradáveis. Exaustor muito ruidoso. Iluminação inadequada no espaço de refeição. Falta uma concha da sopa. Escadas interiores de difícil acesso a pessoas com dificuldades físicas. As camas não estavam preparadas para receber o número de hóspedes reservados, mas com atoalhados em número suficiente. O anfitrião nem sempre respondeu de forma esclarecedora e não deu quaisquer indicações sobre o uso das instalações, mas de se ter colocoda ao dispor "

"Arrivés la nuit sous la pluie, avec comme adresse le code qui permet d'ouvrir une boite contenant les clefs. Enfin, après trois heures de recherches, grâce aux locaux rencontrés, nous avons enfin trouvé la maison et la personne qui devait nous accueillir. Lits inconfortables, pas de couverture, télé qui ne fonctionne pas etc.. Nous avons tenté de contacter l'agence soit par téléphone, (numéros fournis par Abritel)soit par mail, aucune réponse, nous étions livrés à nous mêmes, ce n'est vraiment...

"Lovely breathtaking views and nice modern amenities made for a great stay. Responsive and friendly caretaker let us in and replied to questions immediately. Quite secluded and peaceful and about 25 minutes from Regua. Typical country roads to reach it required careful driving. It was a nice base to come home to after a long day of sightseeing, relax and enjoy the evening"

"We stayed with two couples for 14 days at this lovely house. Olga and Paulo were fabulous hosts and gave us countless of wonderful tips on what to do and where to eat. Communication was flawless. Check in was easy and Paulo greeted us with a bottle of wine and fresh pastry specific to the region. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. AC in the two master bedrooms, the LR, and the DR was appreciated. As a pleasant surprise we had a house cleaning and fresh bed sheets...

"Pasamos una semana en este alojamiento y estuvimos de maravilla. La casa es fenomenal y muy cómoda para una familia numerosa. La zona es muy tranquila y es fácil llegar en coche a Oporto y otras ciudades de alrededor. La anfitriona es muy detallista y está siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Tiene un trato exquisito con los huéspedes. ¡Recomendamos esta casa a cualquiera que quiera visitar la zona!"
