"Lovely place to spend a few nights, the private waterfall/plunge pool on the estate was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and friendly, sitting out on the verandah at sunset (or any time really) was just heavenly. The only negative for me was that meals were a bit pricey"

"This is a wonderful boutique hotel full of yesteryear charm from the beautiful colonial building with its antique furniture to the spacious landscaped gardens and the pristine cold water pool. "Absolutely amazing hotel with staff specifically for the bungalow we stayed it! They cooked us a beautiful dinner and breakfast when we stayed overnight. Dinner was truly the best meal I had in Sri Lanka. The bungalow and private pool were absolutely spectacular and I highly recommend staying here! "

Serene spot in Kandy

"The hotel was clean and well furnished. We had a balcony room which had fabulous view of the river, a great place for watching nature around you. It was very peaceful. The pool area is good with separate pool for toddlers. This also overlooks the river. The staff were excellent. All polite and helpful which you find a lot in Sri Lanka. The restaurant was buffet style and food good quality. We had an excellent 2 nights in Kandy. Hotel situated short distance from Town centre, uphill. Just a short ride in tuk tuk."
