"Nothing wrong the hotel itself though we only slept there as had an early morning flight. Don’t use their shuttle service. Payed for a return shuttle from the airport but it was none existent one excuse after another as why it didn’t show up after waiting nearly an hour in the allocated place with 3 small, cold and hungry children After contacting them twice and complaining, they had to order a taxi for us to return and pick our car up. Will not use the hotel to stay and park again."

"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. Not a massive issue.Room was OK, clean and tidyish. ...

"What a lovely place. Set in quiet village right next to Dunham Massey and Tatton Park which we visited. The breakfasts are excellent and thoroughly recommended - you will not need lunch !The hosts Janice and David were very friendly and welcoming . Those guests of a certain vintage may recognise the original Silver Fox , David , as he was a Snooker champion. "An excellently appointed room in a quiet area of Altrincham, with an unexpected and generous gift on arrival. 6 minutes walk from the tram into Manchester. 10 minutes walk from the centre of Altrincham. Perfect!"

"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner.
