Everyday is enjoyable, and while we love it here, we were disappointed that room service wasn't available after midnight.

it was enough for me as I was attending a conference so I really did not spend much time in room.

There was a hotel employee that directed us to self-check-in. I felt rushed during this process and when I needed to ask a question, he was not available as he was also assisting a few others. Were the resort fees optional? I felt paying addtional $469 to what I had already paid was a bit much, especially since the resort fees totaled to be $169.89. Using the self-check-in, does not allow you to have contact with an employee of the Hotel, to properly explain all the hotel had to offer. On Sunday (3/30/24) night, my husband noticed that two smoke detectors near our room were covered plastic bags. On Monday morning prior to us waking up we could hear banging and cutting that disrupted our sleep. We looked out into the hallway, and we noticed construction workers moving material in and out of multiple rooms down the hall.
