"The staff was amazingly kind. Breakfast was MUCH more than expected. There was waffles and scrabbled eggs allong with the usual muffins toast cereal fruit and juice. The bed was firm. To note the room we were in the shower head was very low, I’m 5’7 and hubby is over 6. So there was some knee bending happening. But the quality service for the price paid was worth it."

"Perfectly serviceable for our one-night stay. Carrizozo is a tiny town with very few services, but we were not looking for much. We had to be out and on the road very early for the Trinity site open house, so I don't think we were in this room for a full 12 hours. "

"The reviews for the property were mostly accurate---the condo buildings are quite dated and not the cleanest, but the views and hand--feeding the deer roaming about the property simply could not be beat! Very relaxing nature surroundings create an otherworldly feeling while being there. Was sad to go back to the city :-("
