Bueno, la atención que brinda el personal es bastante amable, cuenta con lo mínimo indispensable. Tal vez música ambiental en el restaurante y, en temporada alta un sonido para karaoke y bailar.

Es la 2da vez que voy y en restaurante note que bajo la atención del personal, quizá como están todo el día se fastidian y ya hasta de malas atienden. También el horario de restaurante es muy escaso ya que se otorga hasta las 20:00 hrs y deberían ampliarlo como en el resto de los hoteles.

De la estancia familiar
Las instalaciones están fantásticas, el detalle es que la alberca no estaba apurada y tenía mucho sedimento en el fondo y los colchones son muy blandos, por lo cual el descanso no fue pleno. Un mejor cuidado en la limpieza del cuarto al entrar estaría bien. El restaurante de buena calidad, y sazón

Lamenable. Ha bajado la calidad del servicio. Vengo cada año. Años anteriores me incluyen a mi familia en el desayuno, ahora no me querian incluir a nadie aunque me reservacion si lo incluia. Un desmadre para que abriera mi llave. Le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Creo que es hora de buscar otra opcion.

El unico pero de este hotel es que no tiene una buena señal de wifi y en este lugar no llega la cobertura de telmex ni ninguna empresa de comunicaciones como Telcel y tiene muy pocos canales en su television

Muy agradable hotel para descansar, excelente comida y las instalaciones muy limpias, solo un poco más de actitud entre el personal del restaurante, hay algunos con excelente disposición y actitud pero la mayoría no tienen buena disposición.
