"Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. "We had a wonderful 9-day summer stay in August, having come over from England (sorry this review is in English!). The house was fantastic and the area very beautiful. My eight-year-old twins loved climbing some of the local peaks, going to high-wire parks and local swimming pools. My elderly father was happy sitting on the great verandah, drinking a beer and watching the sun set over the mountains. "The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! The floor plan works for a couple, a small family, or two couples. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a large open plan living room/dining room + kitchen. A utility room contains a washing machine. "Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen ! Es hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und man hat mit 10 Personen ausreichend Platz. Auch die Lage ist top. Von dort aus kann man sämtliche Ausflüge starten. Zu Fuß ist das Dorf in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen und man kann bei der sehr netten Vermieterin eine Kanne frische Milch Zapfen. Einziger minus Punkt ist die direkt angrenzende Straße."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage in den Bergen ist sehr wunderbar. Man ist komplett alleine, nur eine Hauptstraße, auf der aber nicht viel Verkehr war, liegt direkt daneben. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Rodelbahnen und Skigebieten."
