"I have used this hotel several times before. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it does not have direct access to the airport terminal building. There used to be a shuttle, but they cancelled that too. The terminal building can only be accessed via a walkway. This is an extremely uncomfortable way of access, and a major problem in bad weather conditions. The hotel needs to have direct access to the airport terminal restored immediately."

"Overall it was nice but we suffered with room services, continuously we were asking for water to drink and for cleaning room, even they came they were cleaning it untidy.
