"After a lot of research, I had selected this property so that our young children (ages 3 and 6) could safely enjoy the outdoors. Specifically, the pool area is fenced in and there is a lovely shallow area for toddlers. "Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon.
