"The only complaints would be that the showers are very small (mine leaked heavily) and the carpets need a serious steam cleaning. Otherwise all linens and surfaces where clean and very friendly staff. Oh and a very nice breakfest."

"Most of the employers were friendly and helpful. Night shift was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Restaurant staff provided great service. It was called , but there are no portable heaters . Swimming pool and spa , but no robes or slippers in the rooms and not available upon request. That was disappointing. Good location. Quiet , safe . Easy parking. Good food choices . Some front desk gals could use attitude adjustment. "

"I really enjoyed my two night stay at this hostel. The team at reception were really helpful and friendly. The place opened in August 2024 to at least 4* hotel level. Great cafe and bar on ground floor. The location is very central in the old town and directly opposite Vets concert venue. "The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests."
