"4 adults, 2 rooms for 5 nights. We loved the friendly and very helpful front desk staff (Vanessa) and appreciated the very comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were very clean and fresh with an updated bathroom and a balcony. It was wonderful to have free access to the heated ski storage room as well. ---- What we would suggest for improvements are to change the door locking system from a big, bulky key to a computer card. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "
