Muy bonita, espectacular, nos ha encantado la estancia. No faltaba detalle y las vistas preciosas.
Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien , hemos estado muy agusto un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro para pasar las vacaciones con familia o pareja. Las terrazas son increíbles para pasar un bonito momento. No le doy 5 estrellas porque todavía estoy esperando a que me devulevan el deposito que entregue ya que entregue las llaves tal y como lo encontre, limpio y todo ordenado.

La vivienda es amplia y muy agradable.
Hemos disfrutado mucho. La casa tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Está amueblada y decorada con muy buen gusto, lo que ha hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido muy agradable. Tiene grandes terrazas y un patio con distinta orientación, de tal forma que pudimos estar fuera siempre a la sombra. Fuimos con nuestros hijos, y también disfrutaron de la estancia. La piscina comunitaria no es enorme, pero está bien , y fue suficiente para ellos. Está situada en la ladera de la montaña, por lo que es necesario moverse en coche. La zona está muy bien, ya que hay muchos lugares para visitar en el entorno. Es una casa muy recomendable. Nosotros volveremos.

Nice place for the family vacation.
Very nice apartment, well equipped, quite and providing a perfect view over the sea and mountains. And also a perfect region with nice beaches and lots of sights easy reachable with a car nearby. We've enjoyed 2 weeks of pleasure together with our children.

Tres bonnes prestations, tres bonne localisation et tres propre

Mooi, compleet en gezellig huis!!
We hebben genoten van een week in deze woning! In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je maar kan bedenken en er zijn 2 prachtige terrassen en achter een tuintje. Het huis heeft gedeeltelijk zeezicht en ligt mooi op de berg; een auto is wel noodzakelijk. In de omgeving is veel te doen en we hebben de wandeling naar de vuurtoren in Albir voor het eerst gelopen. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep geheel naar wens! Kortom: een aanrader voor uw verblijf in Altea.

Fin de semana en Altea
Casa muy recomendable a 8 minutos en coche de Altea. Espaciosa y con espectaculares vistas al mar. Todo estaba muy limpio y perfectamente ordenado. La terraza es un lugar perfecto para comer con toda la familia con el mar de fondo. Literalmente da gusto estar en la casa. El residencial es muy tranquilo y seguro. Ademas cuenta con una piscina comunitaria que nos ha gustado mucho. El propietario nos ha proporcionado toda la información que hemos necesitado. Para finalizar, la relación entre los servicios ofrecidos y el precio de la estancia es la correcta.Nos ha encantado :)

EXCELLENT!!! ALLEZ Y LES YEUX FERMES!!!!!!!!!!!
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, la maison est très belle et très fonctionnelle, il ne manque absolument rien,internet, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, barbecue/plancha, 2 terrasses magnifiques avec vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne, très agréable pour déjeuner ou se détendre, un lave linge/sèche linge très pratique! micro ondes, four, plaque cuisson, TV avec chaînes françaises, allemandes, anglaises bref encore bien d'autres équipements, franchement bravo, maison très accueillante et de bon goût!!! , tout est là pour passer des vacances dans le plus grand confort. Nos deux enfants de 7 et 9 ans ont apprécié le cadre, piscine magnifique et peu fréquentée, et très bien entretenue, arbustes, gazon..... Nous n'avons jamais vu de Propriétaire aussi sérieux, aimable, à l'écoute et investi tout au long du séjour, contact mail, réponse immédiate et efficace! MERCI BEAUCOUP! vraiment au top!!! Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés, ce qui est sûr c'est que vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir choisi ce lieu.De plus la région est magnifique, et les villes aux alentours aussi! Notre seul regret fut de quitter cette maison et ce climat. Aussi les voisins étaient très chaleureux! Merci pour tout, caution rendue très rapidement! NOUS REVIENDRONS ASSURÉMENT!!!

Super séjour dans une maison accueillante !
Retour sur un séjour fort agréable à Altea : La maison est très agréable et offre tout le confort souhaité. Deux très belles terrasses, belle vue sur la mer, une résidence très calme et sécurisée, une très belle piscine... font de cette location un endroit rêvé pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances ! Tout est facilité par les propriétaires pour prendre possession de la maison en toute quiétude, c'est très propre, on se sent vite comme "a la maison". A recommander sans hésitation dans une région qui offre -en plus- plein de découvertes et de visites à ne pas manquer.

Wunderbare Unterbringung m tollem Meerblick
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Altea verbracht, einem malerischen weißen Dorf an der Costa Blanca. Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa, alles relativ neu und sehr gepflegt. Direkter Meerblick von den vorderen Terrassen und einem der Schlafzimmer. Den Pool (oberhalb des Hauses) hatten wir meistens für uns alleine. Von den angrenzenden Nachbarn (, die auch anwesend waren,) haben wir kaum etwas mitbekommen. Der Eigentümer war sehr bemüht, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit verläuft. Wifi funktionierte perfekt. Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt notwendig. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ambiance seraine avec vue sur la mer
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Altea Hills. La maison dégage une grande serainité, un décors chaleureux... superbe vue sur la mer... Maison calme de part son placement et ruelle peu fréquentés, car l'accès est limité aux habitants. Nos enfants en bas age ont pu courir et se défouler près de la picine ou entre les maisons en toute sécurité... Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjours! Un grand merci et à bientòt!
