"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"La ubicación y apartamento está bien. Limpieza mal. Tenia papelera del baño llena y zapatera con papeles. Llegue y no tenía agua después de llamar al propietario me respondió por wasa que tenía que buscar la llave de paso para abrirla. Nos dejo la llave en un bar y que se la dejara allí otra vez. Alquile de viernes a viernes y el lunes por la noche al llegar no teníamos luz. Comprobamos nosotros y era por avería de calentador electrónico de agua. "We have just returned from our second holiday at this beautiful apartment in the gorgeous historic Grand Hotel in Mondariz Balneario (and I’m sure we will be back again). As we already knew, the apartment is perfectly situated with excellent onsite facilities, especially the pool!! and every amenity (shop, cafes, restaurants, bars etc) within easy walking distance. "Estuvimos de vacaciones familiares y el alojamiento estaba muy bien acondicionado y preparado y muy cómodo. El apartamento es amplio. Como único comentario sería revisar vajilla y utensilios de cocina, si bien había de todo. El complejo con la piscina igualmente era muy agradable y la ubicación muy buena para hacer excursiones. El balneario está al lado y merece la pena ir a conocerlo. La comunicación antes de (y durante) nuestra estancia muy buena en todo momento."

"This place is a combination of a hostel and a hotel. Can’t rate the hostel even though I am sure that it is good. But the hotel - two penthouse suites - is a marvelous place. It is immaculately clean, has all the necessary amenities and more, the owner is obliging and nice. A five star service for very little money. Highly recommended. "
