"The staff were very helpful with directions,food suggestions ,activity suggestions.The hotel is in a very cool area It is busy out front of the hotel due to the East side Gallery(which was amazing). Young urban ,on the Spree ,outdoor flee markets close to restaurants,transportation, grocery and cafes. Walkable to Alexanderplatz.The free laundry was such a gift. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay."

"No ice service is given. I really like that there is a 5 minute walk to Aldi and Netto’s. Would I go back there as an American. Yes I will. "

"The hotel has many transport options nearby so getting to the airport/city is pretty easy. The room was big and clean. "

"A 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz shopping area, restaurants and transport links. Easy walk to many of Berlin's highlights. Good clean hotel with excellent breakfast choice (although the scrambled egg worth a miss!). Well equipped gym. Room compact but clean, good shower. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed not so good, but ok for teenage son. Not the greatest customer service, but we're helpful in allowing us to leave our bags on early arrival and until our late flight departure. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break if you don't mind the walk to get there. "

"The Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Berlin Prenzlauer Berg is a fantastic stay. Very easy to reach from both airport (via train) and central Berlin (via tram). The staff are above friendly and accommodating, even helping to book daily travel tickets. The hotel and rooms are very clean. A big hit was the very reasonably priced breakfast, that catered for all appetites and food sensitivities/allergies. "

"Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Berlin was a fantastic hotel with a great choice of amenities As it's placed a bit further out from central Berlin travelling out was always required to go anywhere, but this isn't an issue as the hotel is situated right next to the tram stop and there is also a U-Bahn station nearby. The spa and fitness room in the hotel was a great addition and there was a great bar with city-wide views on the 14th floor. The continental breakfast buffet had ample variety."
