"We loved our cabin! It was modern and comfortable and had a large sitting area with kitchen. The breakfast they provided was extensive and delicious. Our dinner there was also wonderful. We loved learning about the history of salmon fishing at their information center."

"Good standard hotel. The room had two narrow single beds - wider beds would be better. Good ensuite bathroom. Some noise from the main road outside (window soundproofing could be better) but it didn't keep me awake, and I didn't hear any noise from other guests."

There was no answer on the number provided for assistance and it took an unacceptable length of time to get contact by messages and to be allocated another room. Hotels.com attempted to make contact regarding the incorrect room allocation and could not get any response. Accommodation providers know what hadms been booked and paid for plus they also know that the allocated room is inferior. That behaviour is not acceptable."
