"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"Good spot for a solo traveller, good value for money with large window. Brilliant location to walk to all the nearby attractions. Easy check in and check out. Great food spots surrounding the area, would highly recommend to anyone traveling and need to rest their heads quickly before heading out again for a packed day of sightseeing. "

"We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did...

"When I was told on check in day (I was 2 hours early) that I had to pay 20 DKK for self storage locker at basement , I was appalled. But later when I checked the left locker rate at train station .. is 70 DKK so is probably cheaper to do so at hotel. I felt this could have been a complimentary service to guests Other than this .. the hotel is located next to canal. u can see brave people swimming in the cold waters of Jan. is located about 11 mins walk from bus terminal.. n 10 mins walk to...
