Brian’s home is right in the heart of Philomath The home was very clean and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were there. We were able to pick the grandkids up after school for activities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have the grands spend the night on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Great little spot right on the ocean. Beach access about a 2 min walk away to the north. Can be a bit tricky getting down with small ones but we managed. We were there during a storm and home stayed warm although water did pool in the slider track, so something to be aware of during heavy rain. All in all it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a great little place. The beds were very comfy, the decor was updated and nice, the place was spotless. The bathroom is big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is small but well appointed for the space. We planned on this and had room for our needs. I loved the access to extra bedding. The check-in process was easy and check-out was low stress. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We felt instantly at home. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there. It was perfect for our dog Bailey! There was even a dog bed in the garage. Wi-Fi wasn't very good but even that was a bonus. We played games and watched some old classic movies in the evening and took some amazing walks on the beach."

"Chose this place as it had 3 bedrooms, the reviews saying the kitchen was well stocked, and the amazing location of being at the mouth of the river as it dumps into the ocean. Best vrbo I’ve ever had! Seeing the ever changing tide and swell of the river was exquisite entertainment and education for teen grandkids. We will be back!!"
