"Nice house on the lake with easy trail access "

"Was great until one of my grown children stood up from the kitchen table and hit their head on a chandelier globe that was directly above their chair. The globe shattered, and the owner withheld an exhorbitant amount from my security deposit for repairs. I reported the damage immediately, thinking it might cost $50-100 to repair/replace a single 10-inch glass globe. I was given excuses for why they needed 10x that amount to restore chandelier to an acceptable condition. Just be ready to pay...

"Stayed at this property for a ski weekend at the local resort. It was a great location (10 min drive both to the ski resort and the local town). We appreciated the opportunity to have a peaceful and beautiful place to stay that was away from the ski resort crowds. Our kids loved the games that the host had making s’mores in the firepit near the lake. The house is beautifully done. There was a maintenance concern (beeping fire alarm) during our stay but the host promptly addressed the issue....

"When they advertise as secluded, they really mean it! A mile off the road, this property is both gorgeous and refreshing! Well maintained, clean, and within driving distance of some amazing things! Ecco Hill is worth the backroad drive to kayak or fish. Iron Mountain and Crystal Falls are nearby if you need to see other people again. Bring lots of bug spray if you are staying in the summer and your hiking boots! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again!"

"The two of us stayed at your rental for a getaway. Bob deer hunts in Wi and we like to scout the area. Lots of memories as he has hunted there for over 50 years. Your place was perfect for us. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and peaceful. Beautiful wearher also."
