"In general I loved the experience, the sights and sounds of the rainforest are amazing. The weather wasn't kind to us and a power cut within an hour of arrival did have us thinking we might not stay but we persevered and we are glad we did. "The accommodation was very spacious. The resort was lovely, however it is not called the Horizons Nine Pool Resort which was confusing when you get dropped off at the address and the property name is Cairns One. The only negative was the tv remote in the lounge was missing and it took 3 days for anyone to confirm where it was. Otherwise great location, amazing facility. I would recommend. "

"If you are ok to stay a bit away from City, do not mind stairs and do have access to a car, it is a decent option. Accomodation is nice and clean and as described. There was a minor inconvenience of having to stay at a different apartment for the first day, thankfully we were offered an alternative within the complex. Pools in the compound are nice. Did not use the onsite convenience store as the opening times were limited."
