Directly facing the sea in front there are only plants and the sea, surrounded by the Parc del Mediterraneo. Air conditioning for cold-hot air conditioning. Large furnished terrace. Recent construction 1 hour from Granada and 1,30 from Sierra Nevada. Urbanization with gardens, swimming pool and tennis-paddle court. Ideal to combine the Andalusian cultural offer and enjoy the sea, visit Granada, go skiing and relax. Very quiet during the months of September to July. Very careful decoration and exhibition of original works of art with the possibility of purchase. Prices for four people, decreasing according to the duration of the stay. Parking within the urbanization free of charge, parking space (reservation required) inside. 200 € bail is requested.

Superb view
We had a fantastic holiday in the appartment. The view was amazing both in the morning and at sunset. The children loved the pool. The redidence is clean and quiet and closeby to a beach which means that all tastes were catered for. The large balcony with sofas were much appreciated. The appartment was spacious with all we needed. The air conditioning was very efficient for the few days when it was extremely hot. You can walk to shops and restaurants easily too. A great stay and many thanks to the owner who was always available when we had questions. appreciated

Gerne wieder
Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der nahegelegene Strand war überwiegend sandig, das Wasser sehr klar und es bietet sich für Familien an. Die Wohnung war sauber, klar und aufgeräumt. Die Küche ist schon älteren Baujahrs, aber funktional eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Übergabe und -nahme war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, sowie zeitlich flexibel. Vielen Dank dafür.

Estancia buena y tramquila
Buen sitio, apartamento muy acogedor y bonito, el residencial muy bonito, vistas espectaculares, limpio, sin ruidos, acceso bueno a la playa etc. El único inconveniente ha sido la climatizacion, ya q por la noche en la habitación pequeña te congelabas y en la de matrimonio te asabas de calor ya q el aire apenas llegaba, tuvimos que comprar un ventilador para poder dormir. Pero merece la pena, en general todo muy bien y repetiría. También te dejan llevar mascotas q en muchos apartamentos no está permitido, eso sí bajo pago. Repitiriamos.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Lage und Ferienwohnung sind klasse. Der Stand ist sehr nahe und schön. Es gibt einige nette Restaurants in der Umgebung. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Zeit Ende September ist alles schön ruhig.

lejligheden er meget fint beliggende umiddelbart udenfor Almunecar med fantastisk udsigt over Middelhavet. Dejlig lys lejlighed med stor overdækket terrasse, med hjørnesofa og spisebord. Lejligheden er godt indrettet med alt, der er nødvendigt for at lave mad. Der er en fin stor og vel vedligeholdt have med stor pool.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Man kann sich den vorhergehenden Kommentaren nur anschließen! Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung / den Bildern bzw. war in Realität sogar noch schöner. Wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer von der sehr schönen und ziemlich großen Terrasse einschl. sehr gemütlicher Sitzecke. Die Apartmentanlage ist in einem außerordentlich gutem Zustand und v.a. der große und immer saubere Pool sowie die umgebende Rasenfläche haben unseren Kindern sehr viel Freude bereitet. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Anfang Juni) da und hatten die Poolanlage fast für uns allein. Per kurzem Weg erreicht man zudem ganz schnell und direkt den Strand, der ebenfalls auch für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet ist. Insgesamt können wir die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Auch für Familien mit (kleinen und größeren ) Kindern sehr geeignet! In der näheren Umgebung gibt es in jeder Bucht / Stränden mehrere Restaurants und auch Almunecar ist schnell erreicht. Ein Mietwagen (Stellplätze ausreichend vorhanden) ist allerdings unerlässlich. Wohnungs- bzw. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und ohne Probleme.

Excellent!!
Excellent location with direct access to a wonderful and quiet sand beach. The flat is highest quality and very well equipped. Perfect also for families with children. The views from the terrace are absolutely amazing! Having breakfast there is just a dream! Henner - the owner - was very helpful during the preparation and during all the stage. He kindly provided us with beach equipment and a baby bed. Highly recommended!!

Cette location est vraiment très bien située, très, très calme en cette saison (mars) avec une vue merveilleuse. L'appartement et la résidence sont trés bien entretenus avec tout le confort. La terrasse est très spacieuse. Nous remercions Henner pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung, ebenso die Bilder. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Der überdachte Balkon lädt mit seiner gemütlichen Sitzecke zum verweilen ein. Die Anlage ist gut gesichert und man hat einen Stellplatz vor der Tür, sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist groß und wird oft gereinigt. Es gibt einen kleinen Trampelpfad direkt runter zum Strand (ca. 100 m). Der Strand ist prima für kleine Kinder geeignet, da das Wasser sehr seicht ist (ca. 50 m weit noch Stehtiefe 1,00 m). Lediglich ein Mitwagen ist unerlässlich, da die Anlage etwas außerhalb von Almunecar liegt. Die Abwicklung (Schlüssel) ging schnell und unkompliziert. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist eine echte Empfehlung.
