Housing for 5 people instead of rest and good atmosphere

The house is built on the same land as the owners, but with totally independent entrances, through different streets. It has a private and closed garage. NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSING

The house has 2 single beds, 1 double bed and a chaislong sofa bed (2 places) located in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, kitchenware and washing machine. The bathroom is complete with shower and bidet. It consists of bed linen and towels. There is air conditioning. It also has a small interior patio for breakfast or dinner, equipped with terrace furniture and BBQ.

The POOL IS SHARED, only with the owners, as well as the large terraces equipped with garden furniture (sunbeds, gazebo, etc.). In these terraces there is another bathroom with shower, shared.

It is a quiet place, ideal to rest and relax.

The house is located in an ideal environment for holidays. Almuñécar is the nerve center of the Costa Tropical of Granada, with a subtropical microclimate with very pleasant temperatures throughout the year. Almuñécar is a tourist place that still conserves its essence of Andalusian and previously Arab town. Where you can taste many meals and typical tapas in the area (crumbs, fried fish, etc) and tropical fruits (cherimoyas, mango, níspolas, avocados ...); and enjoy many popular festivals, mainly in summer, and specifically in August. Every Friday there is very close to the house a market of clothes, footwear and accessories, famous throughout the region.

We are also 80 kilometers from Granada capital and 85 from Malaga.

Just returned from Casa Luna. Very nice apartment, with everything needed for a family holiday. Location is ok, definitely need a car to get to places. Shared pool with owners which was ok, a different experience for us but worked well.

Beautiful property with everything you could need
We stayed 18 to 27 June 2018. There were 4 of us. The property was excellent, well equipped, very clean, with everything you could need. Aircon in every room, comfortable beds and a beautiful pool area that we used every day. The local town was pretty and welcoming with a beach, restaurants and small shops. The property owners were friendly and helpful, a lovely family. We would definitely return to this property,

Good base for exploring
We stayed 15-25 June. It was difficult to find the property so would recommend clearer instructions. The apartment was perfect - very clean, quiet and cool with the aircon in every room. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and sunbathing area were great. We were pleasantly surprised how close the property was to the beach (walkable, though a bit of a hill to climb on the way back!) There are plenty of other beaches to try and Granada was only 50 minutes drive away. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.

Heel net huis, eigenaren zeer behulpzaam en aardig! Zwembad perfect. eigen balkonnetje is krap voor 4 personen. het zou fijn zijn om bij het boeken al gelijk te zien waar het huis zich exact bevindt. En de weg naar het strandje zo steil, eigenlijk niet lopend te doen, terwijl het qua meters makkelijk kan, dat had ik van te voren graag geweten.

Nous avons séjourné du 19.0817 au 09.09.17 L'accueil à été agréable. L'appartement à une situation idéale permettant d'aller en ville rapidement ou de vous baigner dans les nombreuses plages voisines. Nous avons adoré les criques entre la herradura et nerja. Les propriétaires habitent sur place dans une maison indépendante. La piscine est grande avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Nous mettons 4 étoiles sur 5 pour le bruit sonor qui au bout du 2 eme jours passé dans l'oubli (nous habitons actuellement une maison sans bruit avoisinant) Nous conseillons cet appartement😁
