"The ladies that checked me in were an absolutel gem. They made me laugh and were highly emotional. To.be honest, it was nice having someone make you smile and laugh. I would definitely come back again without hesitation."

"Lovely staff very friendly just a shame announcements were all in Spanish so we had no idea what was going on where! Very clean, very comfortable. Rooms are lovely. We faced a car park which was a shame but we did have a balcony. Not all inclusive, so choices of meals very limited. Unfortunately as we didn’t understand what was happening my daughter did not get chance to join in the kids clubs or me in the adult activities! Loved the pool, jacuzzi and fountains. Would return. "The hotel has a very interesting architectural design which makes it bright and feel spacious. The staff were very helpful. Even though there were not many people staying at the hotel ( October) the bar stayed open until late and the barman was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that the shower was not brilliant and some woodwork around the doors in the room was rotten. Breakfast was brilliant. Large buffet with lots of choice in a bright, light room overlooking the pool....

"Room is clean. But just not ideal for women or children. More of a working man’s stop. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is old. Room was cold. No central air. I did not stay for any of the nights planned. I checked out and went elsewhere. "
