It is located in a very quiet street and 5 minutes from downtown where you can find the market, taxis and public transportation.
Twenty minutes from Lisbon airport.
The caparica coast is a good area for water sports like surfing.
This villa is ideal for large families in search of a holiday near the beach.

Next to the house there is an urban garden to go for a bicycle ride, to have children and to do physical exercise.

In the month of August next to the house happens the festival "The sun of caparica" ​​where only Portuguese bands play.
You can take boat trips to see dolphins and various species of fish, as well as underwater hunting or even underwater diving

Brilliant
Stayed at Simao’s place for a long weekend with a big group. Check in process was extremely smooth and the location couldn’t have been better. Loved it!

The location was amazing. The facilities in the surrounding area were handy and useful. It only took a 5 minute walk to get to the town centre where everything was available. The house itself was very warm and spacious. Very neat and clean. The owner kindly provided us with nice additions like towels, milk, eggs and even wine! A very nice property and property owner. Highly recommend.
