River Chase Great Escapes Villa

This Villa has extremely comfortable furniture with a full kitchen. The hot tub is exceptional with a lounger seat and numerous massaging jets (Perfect for weary travelers). The Master bedroom has a King bed with a high quality mattress and large screen TV. The second bedroom has a King bed and TV. The Living Room sectional is great for relaxing and watching TV on a large screen over the Fireplace. We also have Whitetail Haven next door and Cozy Hide-away Cottage & Balooo's Cabin on the property if you have a group. Our properties have been on Airbnb for 3 years now and we have stellar reviews. No Smoking inside and No Pets Allowed on property .

This property is just off I-40 and the intersection with I-49.
Other things to note
We are adjacent to 2 golf courses with one being Eagle Crest which is on the Natural State Golf Trails. Alma is home to A to Z which has several stores in one area from Gifts and more, furniture, sporting goods, fashions and tools. The Arkansas Missouri Excursion Train is just 10 minutes away. Our area has many hiking trails along with waterfalls and you can canoe the Mulberry River. You can stroll down Historic Van Buren and Fort Smith and visit the Hanging Judge Parkers Courthouse. You can also Step Back into the 1920's & Tour the Ozarks on the Scenic Excursion Train in Van Buren. We are also close to wine country. There are 4 winery's within minutes. Our area has something for everyone.
We also have a Dollar Store 1 mile away for your convenience as well as a Walmart Supercenter and Harps in Alma.
**It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath. No air mattresses. Seeping on living room furniture not allowed for extra guest.

Room with a view
Nice area with interesting history. Beautiful view of the valley. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Had plenty of parking area for trailer. Definitely listen to the hosts instructions to get there and not google!

Perfect getaway

Relaxation at its best
Second time we have stayed at this property. Location is off the beaten path and is very relaxing and quiet. Accommodations inside are excellent. Front steps need a little TLC, as there were some rotted boards in the steps, but there are three ways into the house. Host was very responsive during our stay. Excellent choice if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life !!

Our first VRBO. We had trouble finding the right place but it was my problem, not theirs. FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS!!! Once we got there it was just about heavenly. Could ask for a nicer time. That hit hub was amazing. Decorations and furniture were wonderful. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you to our owners and I apologize for the mix up in the beginning.

The view was amazing to wake up to every morning. So thoughtful to be greeted with snacks and drinks when we showed up. Enjoyed the walk up to water tower for even more panoramic views! I left both my cell phone charger and computer charger of course, they were nice enough to send it back to us!
