This ultra beautiful custom home is situated in Alma, the highest incorporated town in America. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Alma, and only minutes away from Breckenridge. The 16 mile stretch between Alma and Breckenridge is one of the most scenic in Colorado.

It features 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 3 full bathrooms, game room, open concept living room and kitchen, and indoor hot tub room.

The kitchen features only the best granite counter tops, custom cabinets with soft closing drawers and doors, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas range and stove top, and a deep composite sink. Seating for 8 in the kitchen. Enough for a crowd. Pots, pans, skillets, spices and plenty of cooking utensils. Everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
We have a large outdoor charcoal grill as well.

Living Room has two over-sized leather couches and 1 over-sized matching chair and ottoman. Gorgeous gas fireplace with glass rock. 55" smart TV with DVD player.
With the open concept kitchen/living area, you can watch your favorite show while cooking your favorite meal.

Two matching master bedrooms feature queen size beds with ultra plush bedding, 32" TV, DVD player, full size bathroom and sliding glass door to the outdoors. You can watch for deer, moose, bear or other wildlife right from the comfort of your bed. Each master bath features a tub/shower combo with rain shower head, granite counter tops, and custom cabinets and tile work throughout.

Downstairs bedroom has bunk bed with full size bed and twin bed. Very comfortable pillow-top bedding in this room as well.

The sleeping loft has one queen bed.

Game Room has shuffle board table and Foosball table with gas fireplace, bar and game table.

Indoor Hot tub has large opening overhead door so you can enjoy the outdoor elements in the comfort of being indoors. The hot tub has color changing lights you can use while enjoying the warm bubbly bliss.

There are 4 smart TV's so you can log into your own streaming services to watch your favorite shows. Free WiFi. We also have a pack n play for small children and portable high chair as well as toys and lots of movies. Not to mention a game cube gaming system, Sega Genesis and endless board games.
There is also portable humidifiers and fans for your convenience.

If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin.

This is a beautiful home to spend any season of the year. The access is year-round. 4-wheel drive or chains is a necessity in the winter months. The driveway and roads are plowed but you will need the chains or 4-wheel drive for deeper snow after a storm. It can also become slick if the snow melts and refreezes. We are not responsible if you choose to come to the home without the proper equipment during the winter months.
Parking is only available in the driveway at this time. 3 vehicle maximum.

Great Stay
A very nice and quiet setting, perfect for anyone looking to relax for the week. Most of our time was spent on the deck watching the sunrise or in the hot tub in the evenings.

The house was lovely had everything we needed. Great communication with owner. You do need a good car to navigate in snow but this was clearly stated in the description so not a surprise. Would stay here again.

Wonderful house with beautiful view. Secluded in Alma but close enough to Breckenridge for action. Beautiful kitchen that we actually had most meals at the house. We took advantage of hot tub and games.

The home was perfect for our stay! Easy drive to Breckenridge. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Love that there is a full bath for each bedroom. The hot tub was so nice with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We truly loved our stay!!

We had a group of 5 adults stay and we had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and the views of the mountains were awesome. The property was very easy to get to, very clean, and the owner communicated quickly and efficiently with any questions we had. We cooked several meals there and everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed the hot tub too!! Would definitely stay there again. Great property!!!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Open floorplan, fully equipped kitchen, game room was perfect! Really enjoyed the in door/ outdoor hot tub. We enjoyed time on the front porch but wish there was an outdoor fireplace or heater so we could have been out there longer. Overall, was a wonderful home and close and close to everything!

Holiday Get Away
The place was absolutely gorgeous. You could tell they spent a lot of time and effort into stocking the house for your convenience. The only downside/complaint would be that the road and driveway are very steep and if there is any kind of inclement weather, you will need to have 4WD. Other than that, I can’t complain! I would definitely look at staying here again.

Great vacation and chill time in Alma
We spent 8 nights in 9 days at this beautiful property in Alma. The layout of the house is really unique and interesting. We loved the foosball table and the shuffleboard a ton! My eight-year-old girl loved the loft area. Fabulous great big island for cooking in the kitchen. Nice comfortable couches in the living room. Appreciate the Keurig coffee maker and thankful that the type of coffee maker was in the review so I knew ahead of time.

Perfect for or needs.
We loved our stay here. It is a great location and very close to Breckenridge with many beautiful things to see/do in the immediate area We had a couple questions and Melissa was great at getting back to us very quickly. This is a beautiful home and a great set up for a large group. We each had our own space but the main level is a large and comfortable area to all spend time together. The hot tub and game room added a lot of fun to our stay!! The view from the deck is stunning and was a place we all enjoyed spending time very much. We would love to return and stay here again!

Relaxing stay in Alma
The property is beautiful and true to the photos. The hot tub was super clean. My 9 yr old loved the game room. I'd be uncomfortable with a toddler because of the glass railings although it made the view from the porch that much more beautiful. The location was super convenient but that comes with the noise from the highway but that sort of fades into the background. Views of the stars was spectacular. Lots of thoughtful personal touches and clear instructions. The cleanest rental property I've experienced. Would highly recommend.

Amazing house with a beautiful view
If you are looking for a nice house without the crowds of a tourist town like Breckenridge, then this is the place for you. This was our second stay at this house in the beautiful town of Alma. We wanted to stay here again because we like that Breckenridge is a 25-30 minute drive away and we didn’t want to be very crowded by other visitors. Our host Melissa, was very responsive and everything was exactly as described. The shuffle board, foosball table, and other games made for fun nights after long days of skiing and snowboarding. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub one night after skiing to help heal our muscles from the exhausting day. The views from the upstairs porch and living room are hard to beat, as it looks over the town of Alma and the mountains in the distance. I would recommend anyone that wants a wonderful place to stay in Alma to choose this house.

Cozy luxurious stay in the mountains
Such a beautiful home with everything we needed to feel welcome and enjoy our stay in the mountains for our entire family (grandparents, mom and dad, and a 10 and 7 year old). Game room was awesome for the kids, hot tub was perfect after all the mountain activities. We enjoyed horseback riding just 15 minutes from the cabin and whitewater rafting about 45 mins away. Loved all the amenities, dimmable lights, stocked spice cabinet, gas stove, plenty of space for all to spread out. We were also able to enjoy crisp morning runs around the neighborhood. Sound system was awesome too. The Fords were very hospitable and we had no issues though out our stay. Great cabin and we would love to return someday!

Property and Property Manager Were Great!
We had a brief stay at this property during our spring break (mid-March 2020) that was cut short due to all the closures related to COVID-19 including ski resorts, restaurants and shops, etc. The property was very nice for our family of six. It was well-kept and clean and offered plenty of space to relax. Most importantly, I cannot express enough how appreciative I am of Melissa (Property Owner) who was very cooperative to allow for us to receive a partial refund for our truncated stay. She was not obligated to do this, but was very kind to authorize a partial refund. We will definitely consider staying here next time we plan a trip to Breckenridge. The drive from Alma to Breckenridge was easy too.
