I was told the sad news at midnight and so the next morning I asked to check out and go home for the funeral. The manager - Mrs. Mathe insisted that I pay for the full week. "The suite was clean,though dated, spacious and the views from the balcony are great. The bathroom is really nice. Unfortunately, the description misrepresented the conditions of the room. The suite is presented as two rooms, but both beds are in the same room, which was a problem for us since we are a couple with a teenage child, and we need two separate rooms. "We booked the largest room- a family suite- although we ended up with 4. folks only- it really could accommodate 8 in a pinch. This was GREAT! The on-site restaurant was great for dinner (approx 20 euro range) and breakfast was provided- including scrambled eggs- a bit of a treat on our Tirolean adventure. It was a good solid 1/2 hour drive to Kitzbuhel (where we were ski-ing for 2 days)- but WAY more reasonable than staying in KItz. There was a river running right by our suite. I would certainly recommend this for a stay."
