"The staff here is extremely welcoming and helpful. The outdoor bar and pool area is a great place to relax. The breakfast had so many options. I stayed in an economy room, and while I was grateful for the AC, it did tend to leak and create a puddle, so dont leave any valuables under the unit. To be nit-picky, I found the location of the toilet in this particular room a little comical as it faced a wall that made it so odd to sit down and the noise from the street was often loud. "This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. " While the resort is exactly as it appears-we had a few issues- they charge for items in both US and Soles- very confusing. No wine at the resort?? All of our tours were to be included but they charged us 120 US dollars for the two of us. Not very willing to negotiate. The resort itself was very relaxing and calm. "This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. The rooms have amazing AC and keeps the room freezing for me. The pool is quiet and nice. I usually bring a few beers with me and relax there. The hotel itself is nice and has plenty of tuk tuk outside waiting to take you places. The hotel is only 6 blocks from downtown. Its pretty ideal for me. The only downside is the breakfast is pretty bland, but thats not bad. They got beer and drinks at reception area. They are good to me. and I only stay here. Highly recommend."
