Slackbrae has been beautifully completely renovated using Scottish traditional methods and has an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. The Scandi-Scot interior has a Nordic fireplace and bespoke birch plywood. The house lies at the centre of our 420 ha (1000 acre) Estate and has a wonderful private garden with new blooms every month and a patio area with a BBQ firepit.

A traditional cottage on the outside while inside vaulted ceilings (4m high), skylights a-plenty and floor to ceiling triple-glazing create a space of great calm matched by the quiet woodland location.

Renovated using traditional materials such as red clay roof pantiles and brightly coloured lime renders sustainability is at the core of this cottage with birch, elm and beech joinery throughout as well as Amy Britton contemporary tweeds and sheepskin throws inside.

An extra fold-up bed is available for children up to 17 years of age and is charged at £50 per week or part thereof.
