"Family cane into town for the holidays and we really dont have much room so we went rented a home. Everything was great about the house the only thing i got nervous about was a crack in the bathroom ceiling so I sent a picture and Im sure they will take care of it. I didnt really notice until the end that there were no instructions for check out. "This was an excellent base from which to explore both the Princeton campus and the wider region. Very spacious so perfect for a larger family. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. Interior is lovely and almost makes you feel you are in California (instead of NJ in winter.:)"

"The Park House is a beautiful, large house that was easy to make a temporary home for an extended stay. All our needs were quickly addressed, insuring a great time for all."

"Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. "

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and it was close to food and shopping. It was only a 30 minute drive to the Trenton Transit Center to take to New York City! Great AC, very cold."

"My friends and I booked this stay so we could visit Six Flags Great Adventure, and the location was perfect distance from the park. Great for a group of 5 or 6, communication with the manager was a bit disjointed but she was friendly and helpful when we arrived. "

"I rented this property for my out-of-town family to attend a family reunion. The property was absolutely beautiful. And communications with the property management was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property."

"We loved this place. So cozy and felt like home. Very clean. Great space for everyone. Listing says 7. But only beds for 6. We brought an air mattress instead of using the futon. Noticed they did provide an air mattress as well though in the closet. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication as well with the owners. Felt very safe in the neighborhood as well. Very close to shopping as well. "

"We enjoyed our long weekend at your cute home. The place was as described. Linens and towels were a plus! The dogs enjoyed the backyard space, as did we. The only suggestion I would have would be some extra mirrors in the bedrooms so people could get ready while others use the shower. But that didn’t ruin our stay at all! Thanks for the use of your home. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"My high school girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Howard’s place. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Back yard is nice and large. So much fun!"
