This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin, with a full kitchen, spacious living area with amazing views, and a large deck which is great for outdoor dining. There is a smart TV and DVD player in the living room. The master bedroom has a Log King bed and a quiet sitting area with a full-sized Futon sleeper in the room. The guest bedrooms offer a king bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. A full bathroom is across from the master bedroom and a 2nd bathroom with tub/shower is located on the other end of the home by the two guest bedrooms.
This property is in a wonderful location with great mountain views and borders Rocky Mountain National Park between the Longs Peak and Wild Basin trailheads. While it feels like you're away from it all, you are just a 10-mile drive to downtown Estes Park and adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park trails. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric range and microwave. There’s a washer, dryer, telephone, and WIFI internet, Bring your Firestick or Hulu account as there’s no cable tv here. Sorry, but there's very limited cell phone service unless you have WIFI calling. NO air conditioning. Baseboard or wood-burning stove heating if needed.
This property sits in a forest and it's a NO Burn area. No fire pits. No grills. No smoking.
This home is not child proof. There are no gates or protected covers on tables and outlets. A high chair is available for use.

Due to the condition and steepness of the roads in this location and the property's driveway, the owner recommends a vehicle with higher clearance - all wheel drive vehicles work well but are not necessary. The road is narrow in many locations so no RV's or campers.
