"I gave this a good only because of the reception staff especially Anna and Ben who were particularly kind and helpful. The hotel was a great location and had a gym which we used . But our room was dirty and not cleaned even when we put out the please do our room sign on our door. We only got refreshments coffee and tea etc on our first day and we were staying three nights . Our room was not cleaned and the beds were not made and we had to ask reception for toilet roll to be replenished , new...

"This hotel is not the best I’ve ever stayed in, it’s looking a bit tired in the rooms, corridors and public areas. But, it’s good value and clean and near the station. However what makes this hotel is the staff - they are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble for them, chatty and friendly and very helpful. An example : I asked for a late check-out for a work meeting at midday, which unfortunately they couldn’t do because of other bookings but offered me a space in the bar area for a work...
