"When we checked into our room, we found it very nice, but warm as the heat had been left on high. No problem, as we just turned it down. After being away for a few hours, upon return, the room was , still overly hot. Turns out the thermostat, was defective. The staff had no problem, in moving us to the next room, which had heat, working normally. Good service from a friendly staff. "

"I was really impressed when I first walked into the room and saw how spotlessly clean it was. The bed is comfortable and the view of the Bay and backyard is wonderful. The balcony seems quite private, however it is snowing in April so I did not get to enjoy it. There is a good size fridge and you will also have access to the rec hall which has a microwave, toaster, dishes and plenty of seating. The room furnishings are a bit dated, however as I said earlier are impeccably clean. There is...

"This new hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view of Sauble Beach and Lake Huron is priceless. My only complaint is that the heating system is not quite up to adequately heating the large 1 bedroom suite during the height of a cold winter day. "
