"The hotel was easy to find and the staff and facilities were great. I didn't like or could not use the internet system. When I tried to turn it on my computer sent a notice that I'd have to eliminate a program in my computer to use the hotel's seervice. If I did that anyone could have access to my communications. That was not helpful and I of course went with no service rather than open up my computer to fraudulant activitiy."

"The hidden gem of western Michigan. It was our second time staying for tulip time and it won't be our last. This place is perfect. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. It's in the ideal location with fun things to do in downtown Douglas, Saugatuck, and 20 min to Holland. They have a great courtyard with seating for bonfires for the cool evenings. Pet friendly too, we'll have to bring my lil buddy with us next next time. "
