"To begin with the positives: the location couldn't be better; the air conditioning was excellent; good fridge; we happily lounged on the dock and deck for hours; and there was enough room for everyone. "This property is beautiful and expensive. To pay as much as we did and how it is advertised, the expectation is that everything is spectacular and absolutely clean/prestine. It came short of that. -Pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty with grease on them -Oven was very dirty and looks like not cleaned in a while -Stove was dirty. -With a big group (and catering to a big group), you should also have a regular coffee pot not just the keurig...also the 'sugar/stirrers/tea bags and whole coffee...

"The property was nicely situated in a quiet area with ample space to accommodate our larger group of 11 persons. The hot tub was amazing on the cold winter evenings. The deck space was great with adequate seating for bbq. The rooms were nice and 2 living room themes were great. A lot of games (darts, pool table, cards, jenga, etc ..) and activities to keep all engaged. "
