"Staff are super friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of food available (yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, pancakes, egg dishes, sausage/bacon, bread, muffins juice.etc) There is always coffee and hot water available for you. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are very clean. They are however showing some wear. The flooring in our room was starting to come up at somw edges and the bathroom door would not close all the way. There are restaurants and shopping withing walking...

"The hotel was quiet, clean with fresh paint and decor. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. It was conveniently located near many Lancaster attractions. We’d love to come back once the restaurant and shopping construction is complete. The only downside was the mattresses which were very soft and sunken in on one side. I hope they get new mattresses before we come back!"
