"The lovely Magdalena (Mags) on reception was very welcoming offering a glass of champagne whilst checking in. She upgraded our room, helped with our bags and showed us round the room. The room was beautiful with tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Toiletries were very nice. The bed was huge and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It was a perfect stay! Our room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant was excellent, as we had a quick lunch there in between activities. "Tbh it wasn't that bad for the stay me and my boyfriend had. We went to alton towers when we stayed over and we didn't want to spend like £600+ on hotels inside the park.
