"The 4star rating must be a mistake even though we a lot per night to stay at the hotel. 1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep. 2. "A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."

We went up and down the streets. We finally found "Sauling" and found a self service set of boxes on the outside. We found our name and the keys. There was a building (house) number but no map. "The addition of the guest room was a nice touch. Games and tables available. Additionally drinks could be purchased for a reasonable price on an honesty system. Expedia allowed us to book after hours and we were almost unable to access the hotel. The owner was kind and explained about closing time. Expedia should not have allowed the booking after hours. The only reason we got in is because the owner lives at this site!"
