"It just didn’t seem like what was shown online. I had the impression that it was like a hotel. It was not. We were only given one role of toilet paper, so we had to ask the host to bring some. "The hotel was very dated and the apartment was unsuitable for self catering..i.e.no kettle, toaster and the electric hob had just two old style solid rings. The shower needs upgrading.
