"Navigating the hotel was a minor challenge. Which elevators service what part of the hotel... The hotel provides a low cost water taxi service to and from San Marco square which is dedicated to the hotel. The Skyline bar has great views, but we suggest venturing out and to the local cafe's. The room was nice, large with 2 doors that opened onto the courtyard. The thermostat wanted to keep the room much warmer that we liked, even turned down, it did not matter, so we opened the doors to let in...

"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"Was welcomed by the lovely owners, abd their gorgeous dog. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was adequately equipped and the views from outside were simply stunning. We were made to feel very welcome, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay, only one night but wished for more. In my error, i didnt realise that the switch outside the bathroom, turned on the hot water, and stupidly thought the shower was cold. My error , and the owner was very understanding and even let us stay in the garden...

"Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet residential area with regular service from multiple water bus lines. Several good restaurants neaby as well as a grocery and bank ATM. Room was small but clean and well appointed. A/C worked (Venice can be pretty humid). Our only real complaint was that the bathroom, while nicely tiled and functional, is small and the shower is tiny. Both my wife and I could barely squeeze into it and you won't be bending over to scrub your legs. Good continental breakfast."

It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. "At first I thought I made a mistake by booking a property on Murano Island away from the main tourist area in Venice, but I found the area quite refreshing after jostling around in bustling Venice most of the day. There were boat buses available that go to Venice every few minutes. It is very clean, quiet and I felt very safe walking around Murano. The hotel is quaint, clean, and has a delightful breakfast every morning for its occupants."
