"Location is fantastic for city centre. However, for the price this hotel charges for its rooms, it is not good value for money. We had a garden room which was nice, but the carpet was dirty and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly. The staff were friendly enough but all the comfy chairs in reception either needed a deep clean or burning - preferably burning given how stained they were. We went to a concert and thought we would come back for a drink in the bar but the bar is poorly stocked so...

"The property was very clean..lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful the hotel is also a short walk to a bus stop into Lincoln City. This is a budget hotel and exceeded my epectations. I would definitely use it again. A small gripe is that one morning one staff member was complaining very loudly in the reception area about another staff member..I suggested maybe he should complain in an office and not in a public area. "From the time we arrived to the time we left staff were really friendly and very professional, Tiffany in front of house gave us one of the warmest welcomes I’ve ever recieved during a hotel stay and always engaged explaining all about places to go in Lincoln. Room was well laid out, clean and a good size for city hotel, breakfast was really good food need to go back to try the restaurant and see more of Lincoln."
